Before coming to Williams Realty Inc. we contacted a couple of real
estate agents who were only looking out for themselves. They were
dishonest and cost us thousands of dollars because they took advantage of my wife and I. So when we seen the flyer from Williams Realty that was left on our car we was skeptical, remembering how we got taken to the cleaners. We had our doubts, although we still hadn't given up our dream of home ownership we knew sooner or later we would try again to own our own home one day.
Believe me we learned our lesson well. Now we would procede with caution and scrutinize our every move. Although we were currently renting our house, we took the necessary steps to get our financial situation in order. We filed for bankruptcy chapter 7. In the meantime we worked hard at trying to re-establish good credit and pay off our debts. After receiving the real estate flyer left on our car, my wife and I decided to call Mr. Williams to see how Williams Realty could help us attain our dream of home ownership.
Mr. Williams was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the in's and out's of the process to home ownership. Mr. Williams assured us that we wouldn't have to come up wth any funds or fees for Williams Realty. That generally the selling agent that represents the buyer would be paid a percentage from the listing agent, that is inputted in the listing agreement and the M.L.S. Well, needless to say we made an appointment. We were impressed by Mr. Williams friendly but yet competent manner about himself. At our appointment we were pre-qualified to determine how much of a house we could afford, we had a mini-buyers seminar, we received free information and listings of properties. We also were put in contact with a mortgage loan officer, who would work on getting us pre approved for a mortgage loan.
Yes, we were finally on our way. Mr. Williams encouraged my wife and I and instilled in us to never lose hope or motivation and that all real estate agents were not just out for the money. Although, we trusted Mr. Williams and indeed believe he had our best interest at heart. Nevertheless, we continued to scrutinize every step. We are happy to say we are very pleased to have bought our home using Williams Realty Inc.
Thru the many searches for property, the negotiations, the advise along the way. It's been a long road to travel. But thanks be to God and Mr. Williams we are now proud owners of our own home.
